Karan Singh Grover injured while shooting for ‘Aadat’ co-featuring wife Bipasha Basu; Rushed into surgery

It’s time to send get well soon wishes to actor Karan Singh Grover. The ‘Dil Mil Gye’ actor, who was busy shooting for his next film ‘Aadat’ opposite wife Bipasha Basu, has injured his back. In what can be called as a bolt from the blue, the ‘Hate Story 3’ actor suffered a leg fracture on the sets of the film in London. The incident happened on Tuesday and Karan had to be rushed into surgery. A report in a leading daily suggested that Karan injured his leg during the shooting of an action sequence and he underwent a surgery on the same night. "Karan hurt his leg while filming an action sequence. Complaining of excruciating pain, he was rushed to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a spiral tibial fracture. He underwent surgery the same night and has been advised best rest for about a week. Bipasha and Karan will fly back to India once he is discharged," a source told Mid-Day. ‘Aadat’, which will see the reunion of Karan and Bipasha on the silver screen after ‘Alone’, went on floors earlier this month, as per the report.  The team will continue to shoot the portions with the supporting cast till the time Grover recuperates, the report added.
