‘Jab We Met’ actor Kishore Pradhan passes away at 86

New Delhi: Veteran actor Kishore Pradhan, who was known for his roles in ‘Jab We Met’ and ‘Lage Raho Munna Bhai’, has passed away on Friday. He was 86. The actor was part of several Hindi and Marathi films. Kishore was fondly remembered for his role of station master in Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor starrer ‘Jab We Met’. He was last seen in the Marathi film ‘Subh Lagna Savdhaan’. His co-star from the film Subodh Bhave, while talking to a leading daily, said that Pradhan was not keeping well for quite some time. “We worked together in Subh Lagna Savdhaan, but after the film’s release, I couldn’t keep in touch with Kishore Kaka, as he was not keeping well, and I was out shooting for my film. I don’t know the exact reason of his death yet. His family is grieving and busy with preparations for his funeral”, Subodh Bhave told Indian Express. Marathi writer Chandrashekhar Gokhale offered his condolences on Facebook. Here’s what he posted! Kishore acted in over 100 Marathi theatre plays and about 18 English plays.
