Late Irrfan Khan’s Son Babil Khan Expresses His Desire To Work With Amitabh Bachchan

Babil, who is all set to make his acting debut with the Netflix film ‘Qala’, recently, expressed his desire to work with Amitabh Bachchan one day in one of his social media posts.

New Delhi: Giving us some unforgettable performances, actor Irrfan Khan left for his heavenly abode last year on April 29. The ‘Angrezi Medium’ actor succumbed to colon infection. All were heartbroken on his demise and people still remember him for the incredible work he has left for the audience.

Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan keeps on sharing throwback pictures and videos of the late actor. Babil, who is all set to make his acting debut with the Netflix film ‘Qala’, recently, expressed his desire to work with Amitabh Bachchan one day in one of his social media posts. He shared a picture of Irrfan Khan and Amitabh Bachchan hugging each other.

While sharing the picture, Babil wrote, “I get hurt easy and then I throw a tantrum and then I realise that Baba’s fans are full of kindness and warmth so let’s ignore the hate. One day, when I’m capable, through infinite patience and hard work, I will make Baba’s fans proud ❤️ I love you. (And one day to work with you sir @amitabhbachchan )”

Babil, a few days ago, accepted his father’s award on the Filmfare Awards 2021. Irrfan received the Best Actor award for his movie ‘Angrezi Medium’. Babil went to the ceremony wearing his father’s clothes and was spotted crying inconsolably during the moment of receiving the award.

Irrfan Khan last appeared in the movie ‘Angrezi Medium’ alongside Radhika Madan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. The movie released last year on theatres but could not run long enough due to the nationwide lockdown which was imposed in the country.
