New Delhi: In 1989, Bollywood sensation SRK made his acting debut with the launch of the first episode of 'Fauji'. In honour of Shah Rukh Khan's birthday today, the producers of ‘Fauji 2’ have released a thrilling trailer, introducing a fresh, energetic cast that promises to breathe new life into this legendary series. Lead actors Gauahar Khan and Vicky Jain are committed to paying homage to the original while giving it a contemporary spin.
In a new approach, the upcoming November 18 premiere of ‘Fauji 2’ will honour the bravery, solidarity, and perseverance of India's military forces while also blending nostalgia with a modern plot. The show is making an effort to attract new viewers as well as old ones.

‘Fauji 2’ is an homage to the masterpiece that exposed viewers to Shah Rukh Khan's genius, as producer Sandeep Singh reiterated his views.
‘Fauji 2’ has a title song by Shreyas Puranik, performed by Sonu Nigam, and was produced and artistically directed by Sandeep Singh with Vicky Jain and Zafar Mehdi serving as co-producers. Vishal Chaturvedi wrote the plot, Amarnath Jha wrote the script, and Anil Choudhary and Chaitanya Tulsyan wrote the dialogue. Along with Nishant Chandrashekhar, Abhinav Pareek makes his directorial debut in the series.

Every Monday to Thursday at 9 PM, viewers can catch ‘Fauji 2’ on DD National. It is set to air in Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
