CONFIRMED! Tara Sutaria To Romance Aditya Roy Kapur In 'Ek Villain' Sequel

Apart from Aditya Roy Kapur-Tara Sutaria, 'Ek Villain 2' also features John Abraham & Disha Patani in lead roles and will release on January 8, 2021.

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Tara Sutaria, who entered Hindi film industry last year with Tiger Shroff's 'Student of The year 2' & was later seen in Sidharth Malhotra's 'Marjaavaan', has signed another biggie. The talented actress, who also has Milan Lutharia's 'Tadap' (RX 100 Hindi remake) alongside Suniel Shetty's son Ahan Shetty, has now got finalised to play one of the lead roles in Mohit Suri's 'Ek Villain' sequel also featuring John Abraham, Aditya Roy Kapur & Disha Patani. She has been paired opposite 'Malang' star Aditya Roy Kapur in 'Ek Villain 2'.
Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Bhushan Kumar, 'Ek Villain' sequel has been making headlines ever since its announcement. Now, Tara's addition has made the film much more interesting. Tara will reportedly play the role of a singer in the film, that goes on-floors by mid 2020. PIC: Tara Sutaria Makes Her Relationship With Rumoured Beau Aadar Jain 'Insta Official' Confirming the same, director Mohit Suri told Mumbai Mirror that, "It takes a lifetime to get the nuances of a musician but luckily for me, Tara has been training for this all her life. What more can a filmmaker ask for."
For the uninitiated, Tara is a trained singer in real life. Talking about Tara's vocal talent, the filmmaker added, "(She has) a new-age, uninhibited voice which comes from a place of honesty. That’s exactly what my character needs in the film." "Ek Villain", released in 2014, was an action thriller and a tragic love story featuring Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh. Jointly produced by Balaji Motion Pictures & Tseries, 'Ek Villain' sequel will hit the theatres next year on January 8. Stay tuned for more updates!
