Deepika Padukone Leaves For Mumbai From Goa In A Charter Plane After Receiving Summon From NCB; Will Be Interrogated Tomorrow!

Deepika will appear before the NCB for interrogation on September 25 and according sources the Mumbai Police has been asked to deploy additional security ahead of her visit.

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is expected to return to Mumbai from Goa later this afternoon. The actress has been summoned by Narcotics Control Bureau as her name emerged in the Bollywood drug nexus case. The actress was spotted at Goa airport a while ago, she has received permission for a charter plane to Mumbai. Meanwhile, according to reports Deepika has sought legal advice through video conferencing with a team of lawyers after receiving the NCB summon on Wednesday. Deepika will appear before the NCB for interrogation on September 25 and according sources the Mumbai Police has been asked to deploy additional security ahead of her visit. While Deepika will be returning to Mumbai soon, popular fashion designer Simone Khambatta was snapped outside the NCB office on Thursday. Apart from Deepika, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan have also been summoned by the NCB for questioning in the drugs case and the two actresses will appear before the agency on Saturday. Bollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh was also reported to be summoned by the agency for questioning but her team claims that they haven't received any summons yet.
