Newly Married Gauahar Khan To Star In Vikrant Massey & Kriti Kharbanda's '14 Phere'

Gauahar Khan, who recently got hitched, is busy shooting for her upcoming project '14 Phere'.

New Delhi: Gauahar Khan, who tied the knot with Zaid Darbar on December 25, is all set to feature in the upcoming film '14 Phere'. The movie starring Vikrant Massey and Kriti Kharbanda went on floors in November 2020. The social comedy drama is slated to hit the silver screens on July 9, 2021. Gauahar recently jetted off to Lucknow to commence the shoot for her upcoming project. She is currently busy completing her schedule in the City of Nawavs. The makers of the film have managed to keep the details under wraps. Gauahar and Zaid Darbar got hitched in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai in the presence of their loved ones. The newly married couple hosted a grand reception for their industry friends on December 25. The likes of Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Manish Malhotra and Gautam Rode attended the wedding bash. Gauahar, who is quite active on Instagram, shared a small video from the 'Nikaah' ceremony. The 'Office' actress looked gorgeous as ever in her bridal outfit. Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages.

Gauahar and Zaid, who fell in love during the COVID-19 lockdown, celebrated the New Year together. She shared adorable photos with her husband along with the caption, "Happy 2021 to all , from the Happiest people of 2020."

Zaid's father Ismail Darbar crooned his popular number 'Tadap Tadap' from Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' at his sangeet function. The video from the pre-wedding ceremony went viral on social media in no time.

On the professional front, Gauahar will be soon seen in the political drama 'Tandav'. The web series will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video from January 15. Saif Ali Khan will be seen playing the role of a politician, who aspires to become the Prime Minister of India.  'Tandav' also stars Tigmanshu Dhulia, Dimple Kapadia, Dino Morea, Amyra Dastur and Kritika Kamra in key roles. Gauahar was last seen on the small screen in Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 14'. She entered the 'BB 14' house along with Hina Khan and Sidharth Shukla as a 'Toofani Senior'.
