Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon is basking in the success of 'Mimi' these days. The tinsel town diva has managed to win hearts with her power-packed performance as a surrogate mother in the comedy drama. Sanon is currently busy dubbing for her next film ‘Bachchan Pandey’ in which she will share screen-space with Akshay Kumar. 

Kriti took to social media to share a glimpse of her character ‘Myra’ from the action comedy drama, which also stars Jacqueline Fernandez. She shared a photo from the dubbing studio on her Instagram story along with the caption, "Bachchan Pandey!!! this one's special !!! Our third together #SajidSir @wardakhannadiadwala @nadiadwalagrandson @farhadsamji."

 If gossip mills are to be believed, Kriti is playing the role of a journalist in ‘Bachchan Pandey’. She is working with Khiladi Kumar for the second time in her career. Their first film ‘Housefull 4’ created ripples upon its release at the box office.  

'Bachchan Pandey' Cast, Release Date

The film also stars Arshad Warsi, Pankaj Tripathi and Prateik Babbar in key roles. The Farhad Samji directorial will hit the silver screens on January 26, 2022. The cast and crew commenced the shoot in Jaisalmer earlier this year.

Kriti Sanon’s Upcoming Films 

The tinsel town diva, who made her Bollywood debut with ‘Heropanti’ opposite Tiger Shroff, has several exciting projects in her kitty. Her star-studded line-up of films include ‘Bhediya’, ‘Ganapath’, ‘Hum Do Hamara Do’. 

Kriti will share screen-space with Tollywood superstar Prabhas in Om Raut’s ‘Adipurush’. The epic drama also stars Sunny Singh and Saif Ali Khan. 

Sanon will team up with her former co-stars like Rajkummar Rai, Varun Dhawan and Tiger Shroff for her upcoming films. The ‘Dilwale’ actress has manages to establish herself as one of the most bankable stars in the Hindi film industry post the success of ‘Mimi’, which released on Netflix.
