Ajay Devgn's Car Stopped By Man Posing As Supporter Of Farmers' Protest; Accused Arrested

At around 8:15 am on Tuesday, Ajay Devgn was going to the Film City in Goregaon East to shoot for a film. Just before entering the gate of the Film City, a man, allegedly a supporter of the ongoing farmers' protest stopped Ajay Devgn's car. He asked the ‘Mayday’ actor that farmers have been agitating for more than 100 days and why is he not tweeting in support of the farmers.
After stopping Ajay Devgn's car for about 15 minutes, the police arrived at the scene and rescued the ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actor and then led Ajay on his set inside the Film City.
After the incident came to light, Dindoshi police arrested the man who stopped Ajay Devgn's car.
People present with the person who stopped the actor’s car said that man's intention was to talk to Ajay Devgn about the ongoing farmers’ protest.
The man who stopped Ajay Devgn’s car has been identified as Rajdeep Singh. The accused has been arrested under sections of IPC 341, 504 and 506. The accused is under further investigation.
