Directed by Basu, the film brings together an impressive cast that includes Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, and Saswata Chatterjee. The narrative unfolds through four distinct love stories across generations — young lovers navigating uncertainty, middle-aged couples confronting emotional distance, and older characters rediscovering passion in the twilight years of their lives.
Serving as a spiritual successor to Basu’s 2007 hit Life in a… Metro, the film echoes his signature storytelling style — interlinked plots bound by shared emotion and a deep connection to the cityscape they inhabit.
