New Delhi: 'Salaam Venky', Kajol Devgan's upcoming film's poster was unveiled on Thursday. 'Salaam Venky' also marks Kajol and director-actor Revathy's first collaboration. The poster was shared with the announcement of the trailer release date of the film.In the poster, we see Kajol in a red saree pushing a wheel-chair laden man who has a bag of vegetables in his hand. As both look ahead smilingly against the backdrop of a beautiful ocean and lighthouse, the tagline of the poster says 'Zindagi Lambi nahi badi honi chahiye'.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the trailer announcement with the poster on his official social media handle. Taran Adarsh tweeted, "KAJOL: 'SALAAM VENKY' TRAILER DROPS ON 14 NOV... Team #SalaamVenky - which marks #Kajol and actress - director #Revathy’s first collaboration - will unveil #SalaamVenkyTrailer on 14 Nov 2022… In *cinemas* 9 Dec 2022… #NewPoster…"

Kajol Devgan also shared the poster on her Instagram handle and captioned it, "Ek Badi Zindagi ka Bada Celebration is about to begin!❤️ #SALAAMVENKY Trailer out on November 14th! Earlier, Revathy who is a well-known director and actor, who haspreviously directed the National Award-winning film 'Mitr',also shared pictures with the cast of her film 'Salaam Venky' on her Instagram handle.

A few weeks ago, Kajol on her Instagram, shared the release date of her film. Sharing a poster, the actor wrote, "And we have a date. Salaam Venky will be released at a theater near you on 09.12.2022."

'Salaam Venky' has been co-produced by Blive Productions and RTake Studios. 

On the work front, Kajol was last seen in the Netflix film 'Tribhanga'.
