New Delhi: Actress Janhvi Kapoor was sighted on Monday at the Tirupati temple in Tirumala with her rumoured beau Shikhar Pahariya. According to rumours, the two had been dating for a time. At a number of recent events, including the March 31 unveiling of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Culture Center in Mumbai, Shikhar was also seen with Janhvi's father, producer Boney Kapoor. Shikhar and Janhvi have not publicly acknowledged their relationship, yet they are frequently spotted together in paparazzi pictures and videos.

On the occasion of Shikhar Pahariya's birthday, Janhvi shared a picture to wish him on the occasion. In the picture taken from the back, Janhvi dressed in a pink gown can be seen clutching her beau's hand who is dressed in a printed blue shirt and blue pants.

At the NMACC event, Janhvi's father Boney Kapoor was seen striking a pose with Shikhar as they twinned in matching black outfits.

Shikhar was dressed in a white dhoti and a crimson stole, while Janhvi wore a pink and green lehenga when they visited the Tirupati temple to ask for blessings. Khushi Kapoor, who was dressed in a green and red lehenga, was also present with the two when they were spotted praying at the temple. Khushi could be seen following Janhvi and Shikhar, who were spotted with their team, in a video that the news agency ANI released.

In the midst of rumours that Janhvi and Shikhar Pahariya are dating, he posted a lovely birthday message for her last month. On Instagram Stories, he posted a picture of Janhvi being held close to him along with the message "Happy birthday." He captioned the image with a red heart emoji as well. Shikhar is an entrepreneur and the grandson of the former chief minister of Maharashtra, Sushil Kumar Shinde.

According to rumours, Shikhar dated Janhvi for several years before their breakup. On 'Koffee With Karan 7' last year, director Karan Johar came close to confirming that Janhvi and Shikhar were still dating. Karan had remarked during Janvhi's presence on the programme alongside actor Sara Ali Khan, "I'm talking about the past. The two of you dated brothers. They both formerly resided in my building, which makes the three of us similar." Sara allegedly once dated Veer Pahariya, the brother of Shikhar.

Janhvi was last seen in 'Mili'. Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa also starred in the movie, which was made by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios. It was Mathukutty Xavier's Hindi adaptation of 'Helen', his 2019 Malayalam film, which he also directed. Janhvi will next appear with Varun Dhawan in 'Bawaal'. The movie is scheduled for release in 2023. Also, she is working on 'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi' with Rajkummar Rao.
