Farah Khan Enrolls Cook Dilip’s Kids In English-Medium Schools: 'Hamara Show Chal Raha Hai'

Farah Khan revealed she’s funding her cook Dilip’s children’s education, including a culinary diploma, so they can build better careers: “I don’t want them to work in homes but in big hotels.”

Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan has once again demonstrated her generous spirit — this time by helping secure a better future for her longtime cook, Dilip, and his children. In a recent episode of her cooking vlog, Farah opened up about how she’s supporting the educational aspirations of Dilip’s kids so they can carve out successful careers for themselves.

Farah sends Dilip's children to English medium school

During a visit to actor Shalin Bhanot’s residence for a new episode of her show, Farah engaged in a heartfelt chat with Shalin’s mother, Sunita Bhanot. It was here that she revealed her decision to send Dilip’s children to an English-medium school, aiming to provide them with better opportunities.

“Kyunki abhi hamara show chal raha hai, iske bachchon ko English medium me daal diya hai. Aur ek bachche ko culinary school se diploma karaya hai, taki ghar me na kaam karein, kisi ache restaurant, ya bade hotel me kaam karein,” she shared, explaining how her current show enabled her to take this step.

Farah also expressed her admiration for Dilip’s dedication over the years, noting that his commitment has not gone unnoticed. “Dilip has fed so many people. He will receive his karma,” she added.

Farah Khan's cook Dilip's journey

Dilip, who has been by Farah’s side for years, has become a familiar face to viewers of her cooking series. With his culinary flair and quirky presence, he’s managed to win hearts across social media, becoming a key ingredient in the show’s success.

Together, Farah and Dilip whip up home-style recipes while sharing laughs and casual banter with celebrity guests. The series has featured an impressive guest list, including the likes of Kajol, Raveena Tandon, Sonali Bendre, Vijay Varma, Kabir Khan, Pooja Bedi, Malaika Arora, and Aditi Rao Hydari.

The series’ charm lies in its relaxed, kitchen-table vibe - blending comfort food with unfiltered conversation - and continues to be a hit among fans.
