Triptii Dimri Misses Jaipur Event After Rs. 5 Lakh Payment; Fans Claim She Walked The Ramp with Kartik Aaryan for Manish Malhotra Show Instead

Triptii Dimri has become a target of trolls after she allegedly skipped an event in Jaipur for which she received a payment of Rs. 5 lakhs.

New Delhi: Triptii Dimri has become a target of trolls after she allegedly skipped an event in Jaipur for which she received a payment of Rs. 5 lakhs. An event was organised by the Women Entrepreneurs of FICCI FLO in Jaipur and Triptii was supposed to attend the session.

The 'Animal' star was in the city to promote her upcoming film 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video'. As part of her schedule, she was supposed to attend the FICCI FLO event. As per reports, Triptii was paid Rs. 5.5  lakh to make an appearance. As Triptii did not turn up, this left the organisers and the attendees angry.

Videos from Jaipur's event have been going viral on social media. Many angry women are seen defacing Triptii's poster and threatening to boycott her upcoming film. "Mooh kaala karo iska,” a woman was heard saying while defacing her poster.

Many also claimed on Reddit that Triptii walked the ramp for a Manish Malhotra show alongside Kartik Aaryan and thus gave the Jaipur event a miss.

Today Tripti did a ramp walk with Kartik Aryan for Manish Malhotra's show walk for courage that's why she couldn't attend this event. It's her team's mistake they could have managed her dates well.

In one of the videos, a woman can be heard saying, "Koi iske movies nahi dekhenge. Commitment karke yeh log aate nahi hai, time management karna aana chaiye. Konsi badi celebrity bani hai? Koi janta bhi nahi hai iska naam. Hum toh aaye the dekhne ki kon hai yeh. Abhi tak koi janta nahi hai and this is her life.( No one will see her movies. They commit but do not come, they should know time management. WHat big celebrity is she? No one even knows her name. We came to see who she is. Until now, nobody knows her and thsi is her life. She is not worthy of being called a celerbity)".

A woman, who was part of the organsing committee, was quoted by News 18 as saying, "Jaipur should boycott Triptii Dimri. Hum usspe case karenge. I had transfer half the money and was about to transfer the other half, but I stopped because they were telling me to wait for 5 minutes. I don’t know why, but I gave them half and they still have the other half. The total deal was Rs 5.5 lakh rupees. Jaipur should boycott her movies because they have insulted us today. After taking money, changing times. She is running away and she disrespected us, so lets run away from her movies.”( We will file a case on her).
