In the Instagram video, Sonu was seen resting on a bed, visibly in agony. His team surrounded him, trying to alleviate his pain as he winced with every movement. There were also moments in the video where Sonu, aided by others, carefully stepped off the stage and stretched to manage the discomfort. However, his pain didn't stop him from performing. The footage also captured Sonu dancing with energy and joy during his performance, showcasing his resilience.

Reflecting on the experience, Sonu shared, "One of the most difficult days of my life but very fulfilling. I was thinking gaate gaate jhatka dete hai na (While singing we dance), that can also trigger the spasm. But I managed somehow. I never want to do less or give less when people expect so much from me. Ho gaya acha (It went well) I'm glad. This shaped up fine."
