Shraddha Kapoor Calls Her 'Stree 2' Co-Star Rajkummar Rao An 'Incredible Actor', Gushes Over Ranbir Kapoor

Shraddha Kapoor has collaborated with several Bollywood stars throughout her career, from starring alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar to sharing the screen with Rajkummar Rao in Stree 2 and delivering a blockbuster like Aashiqui 2 with Aditya Roy Kapur. In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla at the Red Sea International Film Festival 2024, she shared some fun and interesting descriptions of her male co-stars.

Shraddha began by calling Rajkummar Rao an "incredible actor." Speaking about her ABCD 2 co-star Varun Dhawan, she described him as an "incredible friend." When asked about Ranbir Kapoor, with whom she appeared in Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, she remarked that he is "incredible to work with."

She described her Aashiqui 2 co-star Aditya Roy Kapur as a "very talented" artist. On Sidharth Malhotra, the Teen Patti actress humorously referred to him as "Aee villain," a nod to his role in their 2014 crime-thriller film, Ek Villain. Regarding Tiger Shroff, Shraddha mentioned they attended the same school, saying it was fitting to call him a "school friend."

Another co-star she praised was Shahid Kapoor, whom she called "very versatile." The duo worked together in Haider and Batti Gul Meter Chalu. Lastly, about her Half Girlfriend co-star Arjun Kapoor, she stated he is "very articulate."

Shraddha Kapoor on choosing films

While Shraddha started her career with a flurry of films, she has now become more selective about her projects. Earlier, she shared her perspective on choosing films.

“The audience also has a certain expectation of the kind of films that I do and should be doing and the kind of characters I am playing. Till I don’t get the feeling of being part of a movie or playing a character, I am okay to wait for the absolute right film and the right character to come my way,” the Chhichhore actress explained.

On the work front, Shraddha was last seen in Amar Kaushik’s Stree 2.
