New Delhi: WWE wrestler John Cena has left fans in awe after showcasing his singing talents with a rendition of Shah Rukh Khan's hit song 'Bholi Si Surat' from the iconic film 'Dil To Pagal Hai.' The viral video, capturing Cena's unexpected performance, garnered attention not only from fans but also from Bollywood's King Khan himself.

In the video, John Cena expressed his enthusiasm for growth and learning by attempting to sing the song during a gym session. His spontaneous rendition impressed many, including wrestler Gurv Sihra, who shared the video online.

The video starts with Gurv introducing John Cena as a 'pretty big Shah Rukh Khan fan'. John expressed, "You never know what you can learn when you choose the path of growth. Here we are in the gym, so we are trying to grow, but there’s tons of paths of growth, and I’m gonna try my best to learn a song." Gurv then remarked, "This is for you, Mr. Shah Rukh Khan. It goes like this, it's a big hit song." 

As he sang the lines, John copied them – "Bholi Si Surat, Aankhon mein masti, Dur khadi sharmaaye, aaye haaye."

Reacting to the heartwarming moment, Shah Rukh Khan tweeted his appreciation, stating, "Thank u both…. Love it and love u @JohnCena, I’m gonna send u my latest songs and I want a duet from the two of u again!!! Ha ha."

'Bholi Si Surat,' originally sung by Udit Narayan and Lata Mangeshkar, remains a timeless favourite among audiences.

Shah Rukh Khan's work front

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in 'Dunki' alongside Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal. The movie was a box office success. Talking about his next project, Shah Rukh stated, “I think I’ll start one in March-April now. Like I’ve been attempting now to do a film which is more age-real to me and play it still as the protagonist and the star of the film.”
