‘I Felt Exposed In A Way…’: Saba Azad On Being Under Scrutiny For Dating Hrithik Roshan

New Delhi: Singer-actor Saba Azad is growing increasingly popular due to her relationship with Hrithik Roshan. Saba recently spoke up about the "scary" paparazzi culture of today and the public criticism she faced for her private life. 

She admitted recently in an interview with India Today that she felt "like s***." 

"I am a very private person; everyone around me will vouch for it. I barely step out; I love being at home. Hence, it was very daunting in the beginning. It was scary. I won’t lie. I felt exposed in a way I had never felt before. However, you understand and empathize that I may not relate to paparazzi culture, but that guy who is taking a photo is doing his job. There is some space in the market that is curious about other people’s lives. He is filling that space. I am existing and doing my job,” the actor told the portal.

Numerous false rumours related to Saba Azad and Hrithik Roshan's marriage have been spreading lately. Since last year, they have both been dating. The actor previously married an interior designer, Suzzane Khan. After being married in December 2000, the couple welcomed two sons into their family a few years later. Despite getting a divorce in 2014, the couple is still co-parenting their sons.

On the work front, in the web series 'Who's Your Gynac', Saba Azad played the main character. The drama traces the journey of Dr. Vidhushi Kothari, a young obstetrician and gynaecologist who devotes her time to running her clinic and advocating for women's sexual health. Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan will be seen in Sidharth Anand's film 'Fighter'. Anil Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi are also featured in the action thriller.
