Rohit Shetty's latest cop universe film 'Singham Again' had Salman Khan's cameo as Chulbul Panday alongside Bajiro Singham, played by Ajay Devgn. As excited fans throng theatres to watch the big extravaganza of a film, many on social media have demanded a standalone film from Shetty featuring Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn.

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Rohit Shetty was also asked about the popular public demand wherein people wanted a standalone movie featuring both Chulbul Pandey and Singham from his cop universe. 

Rohit and Ajay recently spoke to Pinkvilla  during a masterclass session. When the audience cheered for a face-off between Chulbul Panday and Singham, Shetty said, " It’s just been a week since the film (Singham Again) has been released. Give me some time." When asked about Mission Chulbul Singham, he said, "It will take time."

Rohit Shetty was also asked if he would direct a Chulbul Pandey vs Singham film or if that would be a standalone film or part of a shared universe. To this Rohit Shetty said, "No, that has to be standalone.” 

Salman Khan officially entered the Rohit Shetty cop universe with 'Singham Agaim'. The post-credit scene in 'Singham Again' also teases his iconic character. With a bearded cop look, Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey impressed fans all over. 

About Singham Again

'Singham Again' released in theatres on November 1, 2024 alongside 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3'. Both films' clash at the box office turned out to be advantageous for both films offering a choice to audiences.

'Singham Again' was more of a modern-day Ramayana adaptation starring an ensemble cast led by Ajay Devgn. Besides Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh were also part of the film.
