Madhuri Dixit, Karisma Kapoor Dance Together Bringing Back Memories From 'Dil To Pagal Hai'; Fan Says 'Only SRK Is Missing'

Not many SRK, Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor fans can ever get over the trio's popular hit 'Dil To Pagal Hai'.

New Delhi: Not many SRK, Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor fans can ever get over the trio's popular hit 'Dil To Pagal Hai'. More than 25 years after that hit film, fans were elated to see Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor reunite in a dance off to Balam Pichkari. Looks like the two were celebrating some reunion of sorts or perhaps with Ayan Mukerji's 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani' completing 10 years; some celebration which saw the two yesteryear stars come together.

In the 1997 romantic drama, Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor played the role of dancers who get caught in a love triangle with their choreographer Rahul, played by Shah Rukh Khan. Later, the two as Pooja and Nisha have a dance off to a track called 'The Dance of Envy', teh same track name Karisma Kapoor used for her caption today. In retrospect, Karisma and Madhuri's dance off is one of the most talked of, memorable moments from the film.

On Wednesday, Karisma Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit shared a reel of their latest dance, which they both captioned, 'Dance of E̶n̶v̶y̶ Friendship ✅🧡✨🤗 #dtph #dancepartner #forever."

Kareena Kapoor commented on their post, "The OG SuperStars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️❤️" while Bhumi Pednekar wrote, "Icons."

Many fans recollected memories from 'Dil To Pagal Hai'. A user also commented, "Shah Rukh ki kami hai bas (Only Shah Rukh is missing). Beautiful to see them together.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Madhuri Dixit was last seen in the fetaure film 'Maja Ma' which was released on Amazon Prime Video. Madhuri was also seen in the Netflix thriller 'The Fame Game' which was backed by Karan Johar. Karisma Kapoor, on the other hand, will be seen in a project directed by Abhinay Deo of 'Delhi Belly' fame. 'Brown' is based on the book 'City of Death' by Abheek Barua.
