New Delhi: Actor and Bigg Boss 14 fame Jasmin Bhasin recently got caught up ina holiday mishap like many passengers travelling to the North of India. The actor shared details about a rather unfortunate incident she had to face on a Mumbai to Jammu flight. Bhasin took to Instagram to vent her frustration and slammed the airline for the 'worst flight experinece'.
Jasmin shared a selfie from the Mumbai airport and recounted her experience of spending over 10 house on a flight, only to return to Mumbai without reaching her destination. Despite lauding the cabin crew's assistance, she held the senior management and administration of the airline responsible for such a situation.
About the incident, she wrote, "Just had the worst flight of my life, was in an aircraft for more than 10 hours, boarded from Mumbai and landed in Mumbai, so I didn’t reach anywhere. Cabin crew was helpful and did their best but horrible and the most disastrous senior management and administration indigo.”
In another story, she wrote, "The way your manager at Mumbai airport is speaking with people, it’s shameful Indigo. That too he came after so many calls were made to him by your assisting staff as they did not know how to deal with passengers.”
In an initial post, the Bigg Boss 14 contestant wrote, "Instead of Jammu, landed in Delhi."
Earlier, another actor, Jay Bhanushali, expressed his disappointmet over a flight delay with Akasa Air. He criticised the delays and mismanagement. Jay's flight from Goa to Mumbai faced a three hour delay, with no communication or updates by the airline.
The TV actor shared that his flight scheduled for 1 PM got delayed until 4 PM wuhtou prior notification.
As per several reports, fligts from Goa were delayed due to weather related issues. Speaking with Times Now, Jay said, "The new airport has the capacity to handle more travellers, but now it is jam packed due to constant delays in flights. Akasa Air’s head got in touch with me and explained the whole thing.”
