Remember Suhas from '3 Idiots'? Olivier Lafont, who played the character Suhas in the Rajkummar Hirani's film starring Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Sharman Joshi and Kareena Kapoor, has finally found some love for his character's portrayal in the film. Off late, a video of Suhas' character's representation from the film seems to be going viral on Instagram. In the video, we hear a voiceover defending the why and how of Suhas's behaviour in the film.
Captioned as 'My Dear Suhas', the narrator can be heard apologising to Suhas for laughing at his when he was younger because now he understands that if someone drops chutney on a pair of brand new shoes, it is quite natural to get upset or the fact that a Rs. 4 lakh worth watch gets lost, when it makes you realise the value of hard-earned money.

On the other hand, Olivier Lafont shared another video of himself recalling the shoot of ‘3 Idiots’ and shared reels from the film’s shoot.
He captioned the video, “Here’s a picture of me (aka Suhas Tandon) on the 3 idiots movie set: a behind-the-scenes photo from the day we shot that hilarious wedding fail scene! I remember it was a cold September day in Shimla, and while the production crew were setting up in the hotel garden outside, the cast sat in the dining area inside and played word games. Although dressed like this I may have felt the chill a bit more than the others… 😅 I don’t think any of us had any idea the film would go on to have that kind of impact. Still can’t believe Steven Spielberg himself listed it as one of the top five films he connects with alongside The Godfather, ET, Jaws, and Saving Private Ryan!”
