Maneka Gandhi's NGO Members File Case Against Elvish Yadav; Complainant Says YouTuber Can 'Murder' Him

An FIR has been filed by People For Animals activist Saurabh Gupta for allegedly getting threats, and becoming a target of stalking and a murder conspiracy designed by Elvish Yadav and his associates

Elvish Yadav has a massive fan following on social media. The influencer and 'Bigg Boss OTT' winner was earlier arrested in March 2024 in the snake venom-rave party case and was sent to prison. Elvish was charged under the Wildlife Act in Noida for arranging snake venom at rave parties. Now, in a new development in the case involving Yadav, an FIR has been filed by People For Animals activist Saurabh Gupta for allegedly getting threats, and becoming a target of stalking and a murder conspiracy designed by the YouTuber and his associates.

New complaint against Elvish Yadav in snake venom case

As per a News 18 report, the activist has accused Elvish of following his vehicle, entering his society by using a fake identity and roaming outside his house. The complainant also alleged that Elvish could murder him and his brother in a road accident, the same report alleged.

As per an India Today report, a case has been registered against the YouTuber at Nandgram police station at the behest of the court order. A case has also been filed against Elvish Yadav's friend and 'Bigg Boss OTT 3' contestant Lovekesh Kataria.

Saurabh and another PFA member Gaurav Gupta are the two complainants in the matter.

After Elvish Yadav was released on bail, Elvish allegedly started threatening Saurabh and Gaurav on social media. On Friday, the court took cognisance of the entire matter and directed the Ghaziabad police to register an FIR against Elvish Yadav and initiate the necessary action.
