Chunky Panday Passes Driving Test 43 Years After Last Attempt, Sonam Khan Drops A Funny Comment
Chunky Panday has finally earned his driving licence, after passing the driving test. He celebrated the achievement by posting a picture on Instagram.
Bollywood News: Actor Chunky Panday recently celebrated a personal achievement. He turned to Instagram to share news that he had finally passed his driving test, 43 long years after his last attempt at getting a driving licence. He shared a picture from the RTO office in Mumbai.
On Tuesday (September 10), Chunky Panday shared a photo of himself, holding the steering wheel of a car. He can be seen wearing an orange polo t-shirt and smiling widely. The actor posed with an RTO officer sitting next to him on the passenger’s sheet.
Sharing the picture, Chunky Panday wrote: “Gave a Driving test again after 43 years. And guess what, I Passed. Thank you RTO Mumbai.”

Sonam Khan Comments On Chunky Panday’s Post
Fans and colleagues alike were enthusiastically responded to Chunky Panday’s big news. His co-star Sonam Khan jokingly wrote: “Congratulations! You don't know how to drive?? If so thank goodness I didn't have any driving scenes with you. Nonetheless congratulations once again.”
Actor Sikandar Kher wrote: "Fantastic".
Chunky Panday recently spoke about his past in an interview with IANS, and how his current success stands in stark contrast to that. “It was not easy, but it was fun. Well, those were my struggling days. I was a part-time hustler and part-time car dealer, so I used to get the chance to drive those cars around. Every day, I was in a different car, visiting producers' offices," he said.
On the professional front, Chunky Panday was most recently seen in the 2022 film ‘Liger’. The movie featured his daughter Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda. He also appeared in Amazon miniTV series ‘Industry’.
