Ananya Panday's Kitchen Struggles Leave Netizens Amused, Actor Asks 'Gas On Kaise Karte Hain'

In a viral video, Ananya Panday is seen struggling to perform basic kitchen tasks, leaving many viewers speechless.

New Delhi: Ananya Panday is currently garnering praise for her portrayal of Bae (Bella Chowdhary) in her first web series, ‘Call Me Bae’. Now, a video clip from choreographer and director Farah Khan's YouTube channel featuring Ananya Panday's attempt to cook is going viral. In the video, the actor is seen trying to cook while fumbling with a gas hob.

Ananya Panday joined her father, actor Chunky Panday, in a humorous portion of Farah Khan’s vlog when Ananya showed her culinary skills. Farah Khan questioned Ananya, "You know where the oil is?" and Ananya answered, "It must be where it should be," in Hindi, turning the situation into a playful moment. Later, Farah asks Ananya to 'turn on the gas'. As she left, Ananya said, "I don't know how to turn the gas on."

"Gas on kaise karte hain (how do we switch on the gas cooker)?" she asked Farah's chef Dilip, obviously seeking help. With great surprise, Ananya watched as Dilip showed her how to turn on the gas stove.

A Reddit user commented, “Ananya, if you think this is cute - then NO its not,” while another one said, “Why do some people think it is cool to act like they dont know basic things?”

Someone criticised the actress saying, "Just trying to look “cute” without realizing is looking like an idiot." A user also wrote, “Even if she did not know how to switch on the gas, wouldn't she learn to do so at least before recording a cooking show?”

Ananya Panday's Witty Response To Dad Chunky Panday

In the vlog, Ananya makes delicious chicken fried rice. Chunky Panday, Ananya's father, mother Bhavana, and grandmother were all invited to join them in tasting the completed dish, but the fun didn't stop there.

Chunky Panday was pleasantly shocked by Ananya's dish. He asked, “Ananya, why don't you cook like this every day yaar?”. The actress cleverly responded: "I will cook if you will pay me for it. We will talk about my pagaar (salary)."
