Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya sat down with ABP Ent Live to discuss their upcoming film 'Sky Force'. Kumar spoke about the lack of films in mainstream Bollywood about the Indo-Pak air war of 1965 and the attempt to share the film's story which chronicles the life of Air Force pilots O.P. Taneja and Ajjamada Boppayya Devayya.

Speaking about how he has never played the role of an Air Force pilot, Akshay told Amit Bhatia about his upcoming film's endeavour to share a story not many people know about that part of the Indo-Pak war.

WhenVeer Pahariya was asked about himself, he gave a candid introduction about himself, saying, "Veer Pahariya is a very ordinary boy who grew up in both Delhi and Bombay. I have always wanted to be an actor and have worked behind-the-scenes of a film, as a crew member, for about 10 years. This is my first film as an actor. I have worked quite hard to hone my craft and have done the same for the film."

When the former was asked about his opinion of working with Veer Pahariya, who makes his debut with the Maddock production film, Akshay said, "It's fine with me. I have worked with many newcomers. I have worked with 25-26 new directors, new heroines, with 5-6 newcomers, and no problem about that." Praising Veer, he added, "He took some time to settle in as a first-time actor but his subtle performance and how he blended in so well with the other Air Force pilots without jarringly standing out really took me by surprise."
