Ajay and Rohit share a long-standing professional bond, having collaborated on numerous Bollywood blockbusters, including Zameen, the Golmaal franchise, All the Best: Fun Begins, the Singham series, and Bol Bachchan, among others.

Taking to Instagram, Ajay posted a playful video of a toy car crashing into a toy truck—a nod to Rohit Shetty’s signature action style. Known for his adrenaline-pumping sequences featuring flying cars, explosive chase scenes, and high-octane stunts, the director’s signature touch was humorously acknowledged by Ajay.
The actor also shared a picture of them together, captioning it: “Tere hisse ke bhi aaj maine hi udaa diye… To the man who makes madness look like magic. Happy birthday, bro! @itsrohitshetty.”

Their most recent collaboration, Singham 3, is based on an original story by Kshitij Patwardhan. Ajay reprises his role as the fearless cop, joined by a star-studded cast featuring Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff.
Marking the fifth installment in Shetty’s Cop Universe, Singham 3 was filmed across various locations, including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kashmir, and Sri Lanka.
Ajay Devgn's Work Front
On the work front, Ajay is gearing up for the second installment of Son of Sardaar, where he will star alongside Mrunal Thakur and Sanjay Dutt. The original Son of Sardaar, released in 2012, featured Ajay, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, and Juhi Chawla and was an adaptation of S. S. Rajamouli’s 2010 Telugu film Maryada Ramanna.
Additionally, Ajay is set to appear in De De Pyaar De 2, directed by Anshul Sharma. The sequel, which also stars R. Madhavan, follows the success of De De Pyaar De, which was released in May 2019.
