Adnan Sami Fires Back At Former Pakistan Minister For Questioning His Citizenship, Calls Him ‘Illiterate Idiot’
Singer Adnan Sami has sharply responded to former Pakistani minister, who questioned his Indian citizenship in the wake of India’s directive to expel Pakistani nationals.
Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, a former minister of Pakistan, questioned Adnan Sami's Indian citizenship on social media, prompting Sami to respond by attacking Hussain. In the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror assault, the Indian government recently ordered Pakistani nationals to leave the country, prompting the comment.
On Friday, Amit Shah requested that all state chief ministers make it a priority to deport Pakistani nationals from India by the April 27th deadline. The deadline for those holding medical visas to leave is April 29. Responding to the tweet, Fawad Chaudhry sarcastically said, "What about Adnan Sami?" on X (previously Twitter).
Adnan Sami Slams Former Pakistan Minister
The Indian citizen Adnan Sami didn't hold back. He became an Indian citizen in 2016. He retorted, "Who's going to tell this illiterate idiot!!" in an apparent attack on the ex-minister. He also used an emoji of a laughing face.

The conversation continued after that “Adnan, bhai. Koi masla nhi, aap Pakistan mat aao. Fawad bhai ko chodo—aap ko abhi bohot information gather karni hai?," said another Pakistani user in a mocking reference.
Adnan Sami playfully responded, “Haan… Abhi unkareeb woh dhamaakedaar information aapko udthi hui aaee gi!! Aapko Lift Karade gi!! Enjoy."

When Fawad Hussain brought up the fact that Adnan Sami is originally from Lahore, their verbal altercation reached new heights. The singer attacked Hussain's qualifications as a former Minister of Information, accusing him of misrepresenting the truth.
