Alia Bhatt Dispels The Rumours Of Her Being Upset With ‘RRR’ Team Through A Long Note

There have been rumblings that Alia Bhatt is furious with the RRR crew and director SS Rajamouli because she removed Instagram postings about the film.

New Delhi: Recently, rumours surfaced that Alia Bhatt was dissatisfied with the RRR team and director SS Rajamouli. Alia erased certain RRR-related images from her Instagram account, which fueled these rumours even more. 

Jr NTR and Ram Charan star in the newly released 'RRR', along with Alia and it has been a huge hit at the box office. Rumours circulated following the film's release that Alia was unhappy with the director and the rest of the cast and crew for having so little screen time. 

In her Instagram story, Alia denied the rumours and asked followers to see beyond the Instagram grid. The actress called out the rumours and wrote, "In today's randomness I've heard that I apparently deleted my RRR posts because I'm upset with the team. I sincerely request everyone to not make assumptions based on something as random as an Instagram grid. I ALWAYS realign old video posts from my profile grid because I prefer it look less cluttered."

To avoid any misinformation tarnishing Rajamouli and Team RRR's hard work, Alia clarified that she was glad for the opportunity in the film and was doing her best to debunk the rumours.

Alia further wrote, "I am eternally grateful that I got to be a part of the world of RRR. I loved playing Sita. I loved being directed by Rajamouli Sir, I loved working with Tarak and Charan - I loved every single thing about my experience on this film. The only reason I'm bothering to clarify this is because Rajamouli Sir and the team have put in years of effort and energy to bring this beautiful film to life and I refuse to let any misinformation around the film and experience slide."

Alia Bhatt made her acting debut in South Indian cinema with SS Rajamouli's RRR. The movie which was released on March 25th, surpassed all previous post-pandemic box office records in only one week.
