The prime minister made the remark while reacting to an X user "@Atheist_Krishna" who wrote, "Posting this video cuz I know that 'THE DICTATOR' is not going to get me arrested for this.” The prime minister tagged his post with 'poll humour' and emojis.
PM's tweet comes hours after the Cyber Crime division of Kolkata Police sent a notice to two social media users for posting a similar video of Mamata Banerjee calling it "offensive, malicious, and inciting".

The video of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in question was similar to that of the Prime Minister, made in viral concert meme, showing her dancing on a stage.
The Kolkata police warned several X users for sharing the spoof video of Mamata Banerjee sending them notice under Section- 149 of Criminal Procedure Code Of India.
"You are directed to immediately disclose your identity including name and residence. If the information sought is not revealed, you shall be liable for legal action u/s 42 CrPC," the DCP (Cyber Crime), Kolkata Police posted in reply to the videos shared by the X users.
