Mamata Banerjee trails in Nandigram. Suvendu Adhikari has taken a lead with over 7000 votes

Counting for the West Bengal Assembly Elections began at 8 am. The initial trends showed a neck-to-neck fight between TMC and BJP  but all eyes are on Nandigram. Mamata Banerjee left her home seat Bhawanipore and decided to contest from Nandigram after Suvendu Adhikari, once her confidante quit Didi's party and joined BJP and decided to contest from the same seat.

After the postal ballot counting and first round of EVM, Mamata Banerjee is trailing from Nandigram which is a huge blow for TMC. After the initial trends came in, people reacted on the Nandigram trends. Mamata Banerjee is trailing by 7000 votes
