Karnataka Election: Congress releases party manifesto; Rahul takes on BJP-RSS
The Karnataka is set to go to polls on May 12, where the voting will be done across 56,696 polling stations.
Mangalore: Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Friday released its party manifesto for the forthcoming Assembly elections in the state. The manifesto was released in the presence of senior leaders like CM Siddaramaiah and other party leaders.
Promises made by Karnataka Congress in its manifesto 2018:
- The party has promised to create 15-20 lakh jobs every year
- Party also promises to construct Rajeev clinics in every city and Indira clinics in every village
- The party also announced that the youth aged 18-23 years will be provided with smart phones
Gandhi further added saying, “BJP manifesto will be decide by 2-3 people in the party and will have the ideology of the RSS”. The Karnataka is set to go to polls on May 12, where the voting will be done across 56,696 polling stations.
