The voting for the Delhi elections could be held on February 6, while the results could be announced on February 8, said sources.
This could be the last poll that Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar would oversee and organise. Kumar is set to retire on February 18. Thus, it is believed that the Delhi elections will be held before his retirement. His successor will get ample time to prepare for the Bihar Assembly elections to be held later this year.
