Faizabad: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Lallu Singh from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 282775 votes. The polling / voting in Faizabad constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 5 on 6 May. The major contest is between Bharatiya Janata Party#s Lallu Singh, MP and Samajwadi Party#s Anand Sen Yadav

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bharatiya Janata Party won 71 out of the 80 parliamentary seat with 42.3 percent vote share while the Samajwadi Party managed to win just 5 seats with a 22.2 percent vote share.

एबीपी न्यूज़-नीलसन के एग्जिट पोल के मुताबिक कोलकाता दक्षिण सीट से बीजेपी के उम्मीदवार सीके बोस हार सकते हैं, यह सीट टीएमसी जीत सकती है. वहीं उत्तर कोलकाता सीट जो अमित शाह के रोड शो में हिंसा के बाद चर्चा में आई थी, इस सीट पर बीजेपी के राहुल सिन्हा हारते नजर आ रहे हैं.
