UGC NET June 2024 Exam Schedule: The National Testing Agency, NTA has released the UGC NET June 2024 Exam Schedule. Candidates who are appearing for the UGC NET June 2024 examination can download the examination schedule from the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The UGC NET 2024 examination is scheduled on June 18, 2024. According to the official schedule, the UGC NET June 2024 examination will be conducted in two shifts. NTA informed that the UGC NET June 2024 city slip will be issued 10 days prior to the examination. Therefore, candidates can expect the UGC NET exam city slip 2024 for the June session on June 8, 2024, on the official website. 

"The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct UGC – NET June 2024 for (i) ‘award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor’, (ii) ‘appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.’ and (iii) ‘admission to Ph.D. only’ in 83 subjects in OMR (Pen and Paper), mode on 18th June 2024," the official notification reads. 

The UGC NET exam pattern for 2024, set by the NTA, has two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. The combined duration for both papers is three hours. This is different from the pattern used until December 2018, when the two papers were held in separate sessions.
