SSC Stenographer Result 2018, Cut-Off Marks out at ssc.nic.in, 27164 Qualify for Skill Test

SSC had organized the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’- Examination, 2018 from 5th to 8th February 2019, earlier this year. Out of 4,36,910 registered candidates only 1,85,356 candidates had appeared for the examination.

SSC Stenographer Result 2018: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the result of Computer Based Examination (CBE) for Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’- Examination 2018 on its official website – ssc.nic.in. A total of 27164 candidates have qualified the CBE and are eligible to appear for the next round of recruitment process i.e. Skill Test. SSC had organized the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’- Examination, 2018 from 5th to 8th February 2019, earlier this year. Out of 4,36,910 registered candidates, only 1,85,356 candidates had appeared for the examination. As per the result pdf, 11,211 candidates have provisionally qualified under Stenographer Grade ‘C’  and 15,953 candidates have provisionally qualified under Stenographer Grade ‘D’ categories to appear for the Skill Test. The Commission has also released the category-wise cut-off marks for both Grade ‘C’ and Grade ‘D’ Steno posts. SSC has clearly mentioned the Categories of the provisionally shortlisted candidates in front of their roll numbers and names in the result pdf. The Commission has recommended the candidates to immediately contact Regional SSC offices in case wrong category is mentioned against their Roll number. “If his/ her actual category does not match, he/ she may not be eligible to be included in the list,” read the note. The marks of candidates will be released by Staff Selection Commission on 19th April 2019 and candidates who had appeared for the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’- Examination 2018 can check the their marks by logging in to Candidate’s Dashboard.
