SSC Selection Posts Phase 8 Result 2020: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has further extended the document verification deadline for the SSC Selection Posts Phase 8 recruitment 2020 till May 31, 2021. The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure in view of the suge in covid-19 cases across the country and a notice regarding this has been uploaded on the official website of the commission at ssc.nic.in. 

Earlier, the commission had extended the last date to submit the essential documents by the shortlisted candidates for SSC Selection Posts Phase 8 recruitment 2020 from April 30 to May 15, 2021. 

"The candidates who are shortlisted for the next stage of scrutiny as per annexure 1 are required to submit a copy of all supporting documents (self-attested) in respect of educational qualification (EQ), experience, category, age, age relaxation etc (as applicable) in hard copy along with the print out of their online application form to the respective Regional/ Sub-Regional Office(s) to which the Post Category belongs, by 31st May 2021 by speed post only," reads the official notification.

"Other provisions and conditions of Result write-up in respect of matriculation level, Higher secondary level and Graduation and above level of Phase VIII/2020/Selection Posts will remain unchanged," further reads the notice.

The commission had conducted the computer-based SSC Selection Posts Phase 8 recruitment examination from November 6 to 10, 2020, at various centres spread across the country and on December 14, 2020, in Bihar. The results for which were declared on April 13, 2021.
