Examination, the BSTC 2019 exam is scheduled to be organized on Sunday, 26^th May 2019, across the state of Rajasthan. The examination will be held in a single shift from 2pm to 5pm. The National Council of Technical Education (NCTE) will conduct the exam in offline i.e. pen and paper based test mode. Teaching aspirants in the state of Rajasthan aiming to enrol for Diploma in Elementary Education for the academic year 2019-20 must qualify the BSTC or Pre-D.El.Ed Exam 2019 in order to participate in the counselling process.
