NEET UG Counselling Registration Starts On mcc.nic.in, Check Steps To Register

NEET UG Counselling Registration: Candidates who want to take admission in MBBS and BDS can apply for counselling on mcc.nic.in.

The Medical Counselling Committee has begun the registration for MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024 today August 14, 2024. Candidates interested in applying for Round 1 counselling of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for undergraduate courses can access the direct link on the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in. The registration window of counselling will close on August 20, 2024. The payment window will also close on August 20, 2024 at 12 noon. This counselling is for 15% of the All India Quota (AIQ) MBBS and BDS seats.

NEET UG Counselling 2024: Steps To Register

Step 1: Visit the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on 'UG Medical'.

Step 3: Now click on 'New Registration 2024'

Step 4: A new window will open, now enter your NEET UG Roll number, password, and security pin and sign in.

Step 5: Complete the registration form and proceed to make the payment.

Step 6: After submission, download the confirmation page.

NEET UG Counselling 2024 Fees

Candidates applying for Medical, Dental, or B.Sc. Nursing seats must pay two types of fees: a Rs 5,000 non-refundable Deemed University fee and a Rs 2,00,000 refundable security deposit. For those applying to the 15% All India Quota (AIQ), Central Universities (DU, AMU, BHU, and Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi), AFMC, ESI, All AIIMS, JIPMER, or B.Sc. Nursing programs, the fees are as follows:

For UR/EWS candidates: ₹100 non-refundable registration fee + ₹10,000 refundable security deposit

For SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates: ₹500 non-refundable registration fee + ₹5,000 refundable security deposit

For example:

A UR candidate opting for Central Universities/AFMC/ESI will pay Rs 1,000 (registration fee) + Rs 10,000 (security deposit) = Rs 11,000 at registration.

An SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidate will pay Rs 500 (registration fee) + Rs 5,000 (security deposit) = Rs 5,500 at registration.
