The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the NEET UG 2024 registration process will conclude on March 9, 2024. Candidates interested in applying for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test can access the direct registration link on the official NTA website at exams.nta.ac.in. As per the official brochure, the NEET UG 2024 Exam will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024. As per the announcement, the NEET UG 2024 Result will be released on June 14, 2024. However, the NTA is yet to announce the date of the release of NEET UG Admit Cards 2024.

NEET UG 2024 exam duration is 200 minutes, and the timing of the exam is from 2 pm to 5:20 pm. The NEET UG exam comprises 200 multiple-choice questions, with each question having four options and a single correct answer. The questions are from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology), with 50 questions in each subject divided into two Sections (A and B).

The examination will be conducted in 13 languages: Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. Candidates can apply online by following the steps given below: 

Step 1: Visit the official website - neet.ntaonline.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, register as a new user.

Step 3: Login using your generated credentials.

Step 4: Fill in the application form with all required details.

Step 5: Upload relevant documents.

Step 6: Review the application form.

Step 7: Submit the application form. 

Step 8: Download the application confirmation page for future reference.

Candidates may note that the NEET UG 2024 Application Fee is Rs 1,700 for General/NRI candidates, and Rs 1,600 for General-EWS/ OBC-NCL. For SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender candidates, the NEET UG 2024 Application Fee is Rs 1,000.
