Madras University Admissions 2019: The University of Madras has kickstarted the online application process for UG Admissions 2019 on its official website – unom.ac.in. The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu had announced the TN HSE +2 Result 2019 last week. Candidates seeking admissions to various undergraduate courses in the constituent colleges of Madras University must submit their online applications on or before 3rd May 2019, next month. The varsity will grant admissions on the basis of marks scored by the applicants in the Class 12th i.e. Higher Secondary Examination (HSE). Interested students can follow the steps below to submit their online application now: How to apply for Madras University UG Admissions 2019? Step 1 – Visit the official website – http://www.unom.ac.in/ Step 2 – Click on the notification that reads, UNIVERSITY CONSTITUENT COLLEGE - Admission 2019-2020 Step 3 – Click on the college you wish to apply for Step 4 – Download the Prospectus from the next page Step 5 – Click on New Registration tab to register yourself Step 6 – Login to your student dashboard to choose the UG course you wish to pursue Step 7 – Complete the application process Step 8 – Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference Direct link to apply for Madras University UG Admissions 2019 for Constituent Colleges Madras University UG Admissions 2019 – Eligibility Criteria: BA Tamil / English / Historical Studies: The applicant must be Higher Secondary Examinations (Academic or Vocational stream) i.e. class 12th pass from a recognized board of education. Bachelors in Computer Application: The applicant must be Higher Secondary Examinations i.e. class 12th pass from a recognized board of education and must have studied Computer Science or Mathematics or Statistics or Business Mathematics in the qualifying exam. B.Com General: The applicant must be Higher Secondary Examinations i.e. class 12th pass from a recognized board of education and must have studied Accountancy and Commerce in the qualifying exam. B.Com Computer Application: The applicant must be Higher Secondary Examinations i.e. class 12th pass from a recognized board of education and must have studied Accountancy, Commerce and Computer Science in the qualifying exam.
