KCET 2024 Registration Process To Close Tomorrow; How To Apply

KCET 2024 Registration: Interested candidates can apply till tomorrow, April 12, 2024.

The Karnataka Examination Authority will close the registration window for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024. Students who missed paying the application fee can submit the fees by tomorrow, April 12, 2024. Students must note that this will be the final opportunity to participate in the KCET registration. To register for KCET exam, candidates will have to be personally present in the office and submit the application by 5 pm. To pay the application fees candidates will have to submit a demand draft of Rs 600 in favour of the executive director, KEA along with a copy of their KCET application 2024.

"Since all preparations for exams have been completed, candidates applying at this stage shall be allotted to a vacant seat in exam centre in any part of Karnataka. Candidates who are agreeable to this condition will only be considered," the authority said in a notice.

"The online application process for CET exams is alreayd complete, KEA shall not be responsible for changes in the database of additional candidates," the notice added.

The KCET 2024 exam is scheduled to take place on April 18 and 19, across 54 examination centres spanning 29 districts in Karnataka. Once released, candidates will be able to download their admit card from the official website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. To check and download their KCET 2024 admit cards, candidates can use their login credentials, including registration number and date of birth.

The KCET exam is a gateway to various UG courses like Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture and many more in Karnataka. The KCET 2024 exam will be conducted for 80 minutes and candidates will be awarded one mark for every correct answer, while there will no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Karnataka Origin Candidates (SC/ST): INR 250
Female students of Karnataka: INR 250
Candidates outside Karnataka: INR 750
Candidates from Abroad: INR 5000
