ISB Launches Transforming HR With Analytics & AI Programme

The Indian School of Business and Emeritus have launched a 16-week online programme, "Transforming HR with Analytics and AI," to equip HR professionals with vital AI and analytics skills.

The HR analytics market is expanding rapidly, with 68% of organisations worldwide now prioritizing AI-driven HR analytics solutions, projected to grow at an annual rate of 15.2% by 2027, as noted in Gartner's 2024 HR Trends Report. This trend underscores the critical need for HR professionals to build skills in AI and analytics, making this programme particularly valuable for the evolving workforce. In response to this shift, Indian School of Business (ISB) Executive Education, in partnership with Emeritus, has introduced an online programme titled "Transforming HR with Analytics and AI."

Designed to address the gap between traditional HR competencies and the modern workplace's demands, this programme equips HR professionals with essential tools and insights for thriving in an AI-enhanced, data-centric HR landscape.

Commenting on the programme, Avnish Singhal, Executive Vice President, India and APAC at Emeritus, stated, "Today’s HR professionals need to be strategic partners who use data to make impactful decisions. This programme blends academic and practical insights, empowering participants to drive organizational transformation." He added, "Our partnership with ISB Executive Education brings a high-caliber learning experience tailored to the future of work, where AI and analytics are transforming HR practices."

The "Transforming HR with Analytics and AI" programme combines rigorous academic content with practical knowledge delivered through pre-recorded sessions by renowned ISB faculty and industry experts. It includes advanced modules on AI, Generative AI, and analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau for data visualization. Participants will also benefit from live Q&A sessions, interactive discussions with ISB faculty and HR leaders, and a capstone project applying their learning in real-world HR scenarios.
