IIT Roorkee MBA Admission: The Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has invited applications for its full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for the academic year 2023. The application process can be completed on the official IIT Roorkee website, iitr.ac.in. The program is offered with dual specialisation and the last date for submitting the application form is January 31.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the program, candidates must have graduated with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PD) and have a CAT 2022 score or a professional qualification equivalent to a university degree recognized by UGC. Final-year students and IIT graduates with a CGPA of 7.0 or above on a 10-point scale are also eligible to apply.

Selection Process: 

The selection criteria for the MBA program are based on the candidate's performance in the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 or JEE Advanced (for IIT graduates). The final merit list will be based on the candidate's overall performance in CAT 2022 (60%), personal interview (30%), and work experience (10%).

For IIT graduates who will be applying through JEE or JEE Advanced, the selection will be based entirely on personal interviews (100%). Currently, there are 95 seats available for the MBA program 2023. The tentative schedule for the personal interview is March 13 to March 25, 2023.
