Parents can submit applications for children under six years old on the official website at edudel.nic.in. The last date to apply is December 20. A fee of Rs 25 is required while filling out the application form. The first list of selected students will be released on January 17, 2025.

Delhi Nursery Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria & Required Documents
Eligibility:
- Nursery: Children should not be older than 4 years.
- KG: Children should not be older than 5 years.
- Class 1: Children should not be older than 6 years.
Documents Required for General Category:
- Passport (child or parent).
- Domicile certificate (child or parent).
- Aadhaar card or UID card (either parent).
- Ration card or smart card with the child’s name.
- Voter ID (EPIC) of either parent.
- Electricity, water, or MTNL telephone bill in the parent’s name.
Additional Documents for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS):
- Income certificate issued by a Revenue Officer (not below the rank of Tehsildar), or
- BPL, AAY, or Food Security Card issued by Food and Civil Supplies Department.
Additional Documents for Disadvantaged Groups:
- SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate issued by a Revenue Officer (not below the rank of Tehsildar).
- For children with special needs or disabilities: Certificate issued by a government hospital.
- Orphan or transgender: Valid documentary evidence.
- For children living with or affected by HIV: Relevant documentary evidence.
