CBSE CTET Answer Key Challenge Window 2023 Closing Today On ctet.nic.in - See Details

CBSE CTET Answer Key 2023: Candidates will be required to pay a refundable answer key challenge fee of Rs 1,000 for objection raised per question.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will close the answer key challenge window of the CBSE CTET Answer Key 2023. Candidates who face discrepancies with the CTET answer key can challenge/ raise objections against the answer key by today. Candidates will be able to challenge the answer key through candidate login on the official website - ctet.nic.in. However, candidates may note that against objections per question, candidates will be required to pay a refundable answer key challenge fee of Rs 1,000. If the objections of candidates are found to be valid after reviewing, the fee of such candidates will be refunded. 

“If the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if any mistake is noticed by the subject experts in the answer key, a policy decision will be notified and the fee shall be refunded. The refund (if any) will be transferred online to the concerned credit/debit card account, so the candidates are advised to pay from their own credit/debit card,” reads a notice on the official ctet website in this regard. 

Earlier, the CBSE conducted the CTET 2023 Exam on August 20, 2023. The exam was conducted in the offline OMR mode. More than 29 lakh candidates reportedly registered for the CBSE CTET Exam 2023, out of which, around 80% candidates are said to have appeared for the exam. The CBSE CTET Answer Key 2023 was uploaded on the official website on September 15, 2023. For more details on the CBSE CTET 2023, candidates are advised to visit the official website.

CBSE CTET Answer Key 2023: Steps To Raise Objections

  • Visit the official website - ctet.nic.in
  • On the homepage, click on the Submit Key Challenge CTET August 2023 link
  • Login to the portal using your credentials like Roll Number and Date of Birth
  • Next, click on the CTET August 2023 Answer Key download link
  • Download your OMR response sheets and match your answers with the answer key
  • In case of discrepancies with the answer key, click on the ‘Submkit key Challenge’ link
  • Select the question ID’s and mark correct answers against them
  • Upload supporting documents
  • Pay the answer key challenge fee
