CBSE Begins Eklavya Series In Association With IIT Gandhinagar, First Episode About Neeraj Chopra

CBSE has launched Eklavya series in association with IIT Gandhinagar. The first episode of the series will be about Neeraj Chopra.

National Education Policy 2020: CBSE and IIT Gandhinagar have launched the Eklavya series with the objective of making positive changes in education and encouraging creativity amongst students, out-of-box thinking, thinking capabilities, and simplifying learning methods. The focus of the series will be on clarifying the NEP (National Education Policy) and on how to effectively implement NEP 2020 in schools. Ekalavya is an interactive online educational program that will feature a range of practical experiments and include projects that will teach the complicated topics in a simplified manner. Such tasks will be designed that will inspire out-of-the-box thinking in students like why Neeraj Chopra threw the spear at 36 degrees?

Registrations in the Ekalavya series have started on September 10 and classes will start from September 26. The live session will be conducted every Sunday from 4 pm to 5 pm. The first episode will be about Neeraj Chopra who recently won gold in India's javelin throw competition at the Tokyo Olympics and Newton's Law of Motion.

This facility will be available free of cost to the students but it is to be noted that registration is mandatory for it.
