Delhi MCD Polls 2022: Timarpur Assembly Constituency Wards After Delimitation — Check Details

MCD Election 2022 Live: Delhi State Election Commissioner (SEC) Vijay Dev on November 4 announced dates for the long-due Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. Delhi State Election Commission announced that voting for unified three municipal corporations - East Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation and North Delhi Municipal Corporation - into one MCD will be held on December 4. Counting of the votes will be held on December 7 and the results will be announced the same day.

In the Timarpur Delhi assembly constituency, there are a total of three wards to go under poll in the 2022 MCD election. The names of the three wards of the Timarpur assembly constituency are Timarpur, Malka Ganj and Mukherjee Nagar.

1. Timarpur: In the Timarpur Delhi assembly constituency, Timarpur is ward number eleven in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 76,596. The Timarpur (Ward 11) MCD seat is reserved for women.

2. Malka Ganj: In the Timarpur Delhi assembly constituency, Malka Ganj is ward number twelve in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 68,941. The Malka Ganj (Ward 12) MCD seat is reserved for Schedule Caste women.

3. Mukherjee Nagar: In the Timarpur Delhi assembly constituency, Mukherjee Nagar is ward number thirteen in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 79,914. The Mukherjee Nagar (Ward 13) MCD seat is unreserved.
