3 Stages, Kailash Kher And Invitation To Ladli Behen — BJP Gears Up For Delhi CM's Oath Ceremony

Over 50 celebrities including Akshay Kumar and Vivek Oberoi, famous industrialists like Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani and diplomats from other countries have been sent invitations to attend the ceremony.

Delhi CM Oath: The BJP has made full arrangements to turn the Delhi Chief Minister's swearing-in ceremony into a grand hit. It took the party 26 years to come to power and no stone is being unturned to make the day a hit. All roads leading to the venue, Ramlila Maidan, will be closed from the night of 19 February and only VVIP vehicles will be allowed entry.

Over 50 celebrities including Akshay Kumar and Vivek Oberoi, famous industrialists like Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani and diplomats from other countries have been sent invitations to attend the ceremony on February 20 (Thursday). PM Narendra Modi, CMs of NDA-ruled states and BJP leaders and workers from other states who campaigned in the Delhi elections will also attend the ceremony.

What Preparations Are Being Made For Delhi CM Oath Ceremony?

* Three separate stages are being set for the oath-taking ceremony.

* About 150 chairs will be placed on all three stages.

* A huge pandal will be prepared for the oath-taking ceremony. Prime Minister Modi, Lieutenant Governor Baijal, newly appointed Chief Minister and other members of the Council of Ministers will be seated on the big stage.

* Honoured guests and saints will be given a special place on one stage.

* More than twenty thousand chairs and sofa sets will be placed in the ground.

* Red carpet will be laid on the entire ground.

* Before the oath-taking ceremony, a colourful program of songs and music will be organised and singer Kailash Kher will also perform.

* Ladli sisters will also be invited for the swearing-in ceremony. Along with this, farmers of Delhi will also participate in this oath-taking ceremony.

* Common people of Delhi and beneficiaries of Central Government schemes have also been invited.
