The child received treatment at SKMCH after the incident and was later brought to PMCH. I have instructed senior officials to form a high-level committee. A three-member investigation team, led by the most senior officers of the department – namely, R N Chaudhary, B K Singh, and Pramod Kumar – has been constituted."
